Telephony Logout From Contact Center Is Failing With 'Logout failed' Error (Doc ID 1572900.1)

Goal

If an agent is logged out from third party tool before logging out from Oracle Telephony, Oracle is not allowing to logout.
Below error message occurs:

Logout failed. Please re-try or contact your system administrator
