AR_00137 Trade Management: Unable to Create a Chargeback for Multiple Operating Units in One Session (Doc ID 1572938.1)

Symptoms

 

 

Attempting to submit a claim for approval.  It is approved at three (3) stages and then the claim status becomes "OPEN" and the following error is received:

An error has occured during Approval of Claim "DED44212_5".

Error Log:
1: User-Defined Exception in Package ARP_CHARGEBACK_COVER Procedure create_chargeback
2: An unexpected error occurred when creating Chargeback in AR through AR Chargeback Cover API.

The setup of the Chargeback is associated to the Claim Type.
