Collections Form is Not Returning Any Data When a Search is Performed with Order Number

Attempting to search by a Sales Order in the Customer View By (IEXLSGEN): Transaction form and no results are returned. The second attempt at the query shows results.
Steps to Reproduce: Responsibility: Advanced Collections Navigation: Collections Agent > Search IEXLSGEN form opens Switch to Customer View By: Transaction Mark Sales Order search option Enter Order Number Click Search Button No Results are returned, although the Order exists
Now, mark any other search option in the form (eg. Organization) Go back by marking again the Sales Order search option Enter same Order Number again Click Search Now data is returned and the Collections workbench opens with transaction that belongs to the Sales Order
