AGIS: Cannot Create Automatic Initiator Accounting.Error: No Accounting code combination could be derived (Doc ID 1573445.1)

Account Derivation Rules (ADR)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, AGIS General Ledger

When attempting to Enter AGIS Batch and using the TAD to generate the initiator distributions, for some types of transaction it fails. However the Transaction Account Builder Test derived correctly the accounting code combination.
The ADR for inbound and outbound transaction has defined similarly, and Recipient accounting is derived correctly.
The following error occurs.

ERROR: No Accounting code combination could be derived using the account derivation rule DF_AGIS. Please update the account derivation rule or the source values passed to the Transaction Account Builder. Alternatively user can enter manually.
