Absence Management Returns No Data From Search When Using Absence Start And End Dates (Doc ID 1573950.1)

Symptoms

On :  12.1.3 version, Assignment,Term,Pay,ChgMgr,LOA

When attempting to perform a search on the Absence Summary page, the query returns no rows.  This is incorrect as seen in the worklist, there are at least 4 approved absences that should return.



Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Employee Self-Service
2. > Apply for Leave function
3. While on the Absence Summary Tab, Enter search Start Date: 26-DEC-2012 and End Date: 08-JAN-2013 and select <Go>
4. Note, there are no rows returned
5. Check the worklist and it shows approved absences within the Start and End dates within (between) the dates of action 3.
