(N) Customers Online Line Super User -> Enrich -> Search D&B Data base by entering a duns number.
We sometimes encounter the following error when attempting to purchase D&B data from the online toolkit.
D&B toolkit from Customers Online recently began returning errors at the data product page with the following error
For the selected company, Dun and Bradstreet does not have sufficient data to provide an Oracle supported data product or report."

-> D&B Search
-> Enter duns number 91-817-5642
-> Dun number returns available Data Packages
-> Click Purchase
