Credit Check Processor Program: APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 24345 in fdlget (Doc ID 1574103.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run the Credit Check Processor concurrent request,
with either parameter "Customer Name from" or "Customer Numbers from" the following error occurs.

ERROR

APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 24345 in fdlget

Cause: fdlget failed due to ORA-24345: A Truncation or null fetch error occured.

The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: SELECT HCA.ACCOUNT_NUMBER

FROM HZ_CUST_ACCOUNTS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. run Credit Check Processor concurrent request with parameter "Customer Name from" or "Customer Numbers from"
2. error comes up
