Order Import Error - "You are trying to insert an existing order or update an order that does not exist." (Doc ID 1574178.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to use Order Import to update existing quantity on a sales order line,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Msg-1 for Src: 1001, Hdr: XX999: You are trying to insert an existing order or update an order that does not exist. Please enter a correct operation code.

BEFORE DELETING OLD MESSAGES FROM THE DATABASE TABLE
DELETE MESSAGES RETURN STATUS: S
BEFORE SAVING MESSAGES IN THE DATABASE TABLE
ENTER SAVE_MESSAGES
L_MSG_DATA=You are trying to insert an existing order or update an order that does not exist. Please enter a correct operation code.
Message :You are trying to insert an existing order or update an order that does not exist. Please enter a correct operation code.

STEPS

1. Populate Order Import Interface tables to update quantity on a particular sales order line
2. Order Management Responsibility -> Run Order Import
3. Child request show the errors

You are able to manually update the quantity in sales order form and save it with no errors.
