ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The 'Create Accounting - Cost Management' and 'Transfer Journal Entries to GL - Cost Management' not processing transactions and 'Subledger Period Close Exceptions Report' not showing errors
Transactions in xla_ae_headers with gl_transfer_status_code='N'.
Ran the program Submit 'Transfer Journas to GL-Receiving' concurrent program for all operating units.
it didnot give any output
The 'Complete Multiperiod Accounting' successfully processed the period end accruals.
Many transactions in the mtl_transaction_accounts and wip_transaction_accounts tables where column gl_sl_link_id is null.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect all transactions to transfer from Inventory to GL

Report: Summary (default)
Transfer to General Ledger: Yes
Post in General Ledger: No
Include User Transaction Identifiers: No
