Goal

When attempting to export territory via Export icon, get the following error message

Exception Details.
 oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-30004: when using SYS_CONNECT_BY_PATH function, cannot have separator as part of column value ORA-06512: at "APPS.JTY_WEBADI_OTH_TERR_DWNL_PKG", line 1691
