ETL Fails with Error Messages "fails on the target ORACLE connection ORACLE_FTI" (Doc ID 1574802.1)

Symptoms

Randomly (so it seems), sometimes the ETL is successful, sometimes it fails. When it fails, it has the following errors (examples, more are in the attached log file)

ODI-1226: Step INCR_F_ORDER_RELEASE_AUDIT_DETAIL fails after 1 attempt(s).
ODI-1240: Flow INCR_F_ORDER_RELEASE_AUDIT_DETAIL fails while performing a Control operation. This flow loads target table F_ORDER_RELEASE_AUDIT_DETAIL.
ODI-1228: Task F_ORDER_RELEASE_AUDIT_DETAIL (Control) fails on the target ORACLE connection ORACLE_FTI.
Caused By: java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
