Performance Issue With Serial Number Field in Service Request Tab of Contact Center Form (Doc ID 1575036.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Contact Center

Actual Behaviour

When entering a value in the Serial Number field in the Contact Center form, the time taken for the field to get populated is more than 18 seconds


Steps to Replicate

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(R) Customer Support
(N) Customer Management > Contact Center
Click on the SR Tab
Place mouse of Serial Number field
Enter a value

The value populates after 18 seconds or more
