Configurator Not Launching after Publishing to Order Management Or Quoting, java.lang.IllegalArgumentException

On : 12.1.3.31.7 version, Runtime UI

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After publishing a new model to Quoting and Order Management, the Runtime just comes up and immediately closes. This is a new production model. This is happening for just a single model.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect for the Runtime UI to open and allow selections to be made to properly configure the model.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Order Management responsibility
2. Go to Sales Orders
3. Enter a new sales order
4. Enter appropriate header level information
5. Navigate to Lines tab
6. Enter this model on the sales order line
7. Click on the Configurator button
8. Window opens momentarily and immediately closes.
