Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Tax Calculation

You are not able calculate the taxes correctly for a customer. 

Log shows:

ZX.PLSQL.ZX_TCM_GEO_JUR_PKGget_tax_jurisdictions    R: Country of Tax Regime is not the same as the country of the location                                
ZX.PLSQL.ZX_TCM_GEO_JUR_PKGget_tax_jurisdictions    R: No jurisdiction has been found                                
ZX.PLSQL.ZX_TCM_GEO_JUR_PKGget_tax_jurisdictions.end    get_tax_jurisdictions(-)       


Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables
Navigation:  Transactions > Transactions
Create a transaction and Save
No tax generated
