Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Subledger Accounting
When attempting to run the 'Create Accounting' process in the 'Final' mode
the following error occurs.
ERROR

An internal error has occurred in the program xla_gmf_acct_hooks_pkg.main. Technical problem : Error encountered in product API for preaccounting
ORA-20101: ERROR- Create Accounting is being run in Final Mode. Current Or Prior Period Costs are Not Frozen.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Create Accounting in 'Final' mode.
