Contact Center Listing Merged And Inactive Customer / Party Information In The Relation Tab

On : 12.1.3 version, Contact Center
When attempting to create relationships in the Contact Center form Relationships tab, the inactive and merged parties are coming up in the LOV and the relationships can be created with the inactive and merged parties.
Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(R) Service >> Customer Management >>
>> Go to Contact Center.
>> On the Customer header area, change the type to "Person"
>> Query for Cust Number : 10121
>> No Go to Relationships tab, and select the relation ship as "Contact For"
>> There the Inactive and Merged parties are being listed and we can create relationships with them.
