Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, UK Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
RTI Year to Date Reconciliation Report not showing NIable Pay from Payroll column correctly.
The above report is showing an incorrect value for NIable Pay in the Payroll column when NIable Pay is above the UEL.
The balance value shown on the report is not the value shown on the Balance Matrix form.

Example:

Pay Run Date : 31/07/2013

From Balance Matrix window :

NIable Pay (Year) : 10817.55
NI A Able AUEL : 455.55

From Report :

NIable (Payroll) : 10362.00
NIable (FPS) : 10817.55
Discrepancy : -455.55

So the issue is that the report is showing the Payroll value less the AUEL value.

The latest RTI consolidated patches have been applied. We have also applied the RTI Recon Discrepancies Report <patch 17071053>
