RCA WIP Issue Transaction, Serial Number LOV Does Not Show Available Serial Numbers (Doc ID 1576187.1)

When attempting to perform WIP Issue transaction, the Serials/Lots form (WIPTXMAT.fmb) shows zero Available/Onhand quantity. The serial numbers do not show up in the LOV
