Symptoms
Actual Behavior
When exporting multi-byte characters such as Japanese/Chinese/Korean characters, the characters are garbled as question marks(?)
Expected Behavior
All the exported multi-byte characters such as Japanese/Chinese/Korean characters, characters to show correctly
Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Web Client
2. Run Search to include the item with multi-byte characters such as Japanese/Chinese/Korean characters in the search result
3. Export the search result to Excel file
4. Check the item description. Still see multi-byte characters such as Japanese/Chinese/Korean characters are displayed as "?"
