Goal

On 12.1.3, With "Validate On Save" segments set to "No,No". Once a timecard has been entered, approved and transferred to Projects, the employee blanks hours of a line in the timecard making the line empty, when re-transferring this change to Projects, the null amount is not reversed in PA.
This doesn't occur with "Validate on Save" segments set to "Yes,Yes".
