Revert Button Causes Unexpected Error in "Jobs Applied For" Page (Doc ID 1576990.1)

Symptoms

On 12.1.3:

When attempting to revert from jobs consideration for an applicant,
the following error occurs.

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.InvalidObjNameException: JBO-25005: Object name 1 for type Variable is invalid
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAPageErrorHandler.prepareException(OAPageErrorHandler.java:1247)

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: iRecruitment Recruiter
2. My Applications Region
3. Click on Active Applicants
4. Click on Applicant Name
5. Click on Job's Considered Tab
6. Click on Revert Button
7. Click yes
8. Error Occurs.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Revert from Jobs Consideration Tab.

Work Around
--------------------
Click other tab with out clicking the Revert Button.
Click Home and start the transaction again.
