In Enter Quality Results Form Some Fields are NOT Auto Populating (Doc ID 1577373.1)

Goal

In the "Enter Quality Results"  form, some fields are not auto populating but after clicking on any field, the fields are getting populated without any manual entry.
In same case in 11i the date fields are getting auto populated without any cursor click in quality results form after clicking Inspect button.

Behavior:
In R12:
1. Inventory > Receiving Transactions
2. Query for a PO number and find
3. Click on button “Inspect” (field date and inspector name not auto populating)
4. After cursor click on any field from header or line, date field and inspector name are auto populating


11i:
1. Inventory > Receiving Transactions
2. After click on button “Inspect” the date fields are auto populating without any cursor click.
