On : 12.1.3 version, Miscellaneous Issues

When attempt to open the debrief page in FSTP, the following error occurs

ERROR

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, ******** and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Field Service Technician Portal responsibility
2. Field Service Technician Dashboard 
3. Choose open tasks from the drop down
4. Click the debrief icon
5. Page times out after several minutes
