Putting an item in warehouse through the Return to Locator functionality of the CMRO workorder works fine, but if using a Miscellaneous Receipt (miscellaneous transactions form) to put item in warehouse it gives the following error. 

An instance could not be found for the item and location information provided. Item ID: 1243656. Organization ID: 1009. (SUBINV=Stores) (LOCATOR=334745)

The issue can be reproduced only if a previous Item Serial Change transaction exist and, in addition, the UOM to differ from one item to another. If the new item have the same UOM it works fine.

1. Perform Item Number/ Serial Number Change.
e.g. change Item 23088680-00000 with UOM UN to item 23058506-00000 with UOM EA
2. Press button apply;
3. Go to the Miscellaneous Transactions form and do a Miscellaneous Receipt.
4. Go to the installation of the item.
5. Press button Issue to Workorder
6. Get the error in install base.
