Symptoms
Generate reports on the quantity on hand details of the items from MTL_ONHAND_QUANTITIES_DETAIL table showing items with zero quantity.
When you query the MTL_ONHAND_QUANTITIES_DETAIL table it has 2 records for that item whose sum of Primary transaction Quantity is equating to zero.
Concurrent request "Consolidate Inventory Onhand Quantities" is not going to work in WMS enabled organization
