Adding an Unplanned Requirement to a Visit Error "Project name must be unique across all operating units in the Oracle Applications installation"

When attempting to Add an Unplanned Requirement to a Visit the below Project related error is encountered.
This is because the system is trying to give a name to the project equal to a name of other project already created.
Before RUP6.1, the cMRO create/update the name of the projects like that:
Prefix (Defined in a profile) + Visit Number
After RUP6.1, the cMRO create/update the name of the projects like that:
First four number of the project + Visit Number, and sometimes the name is equal to a name of other project already created.
Project name must be unique across all operating units in the Oracle Applications installation."
Application of AHL RUP6 (Patch 14642977:R12.AHL.B - R22.214.171.124: cMRO Rollup - November 15, 2012)
1. In the visit select Maintenance Requirement tab, option Add Unplanned Requirement and press button Go
2. Select one of the maintenance requirement and press button Associate to Visit (Default Department)
3. After that the system gives error. The error can also occur when creating a non-routine.
