Symptoms

Attempting to create a new address, after attempting to define the Default Flexible address POSTAL_ADDR_DEF Address1 Segment as not required, and receive the following error:

Row 1 Error - Please complete the required fields. You cannot proceed if the required fields are not completed.

You want to reserve Address Line 1 for large Institutions.
You you will use the first Address Line as location/department and the second address as the actual address.
For smaller customers, you intend to leave the first address line blank.
