Attempting to run Create Accounting with Category Adjustments and the report is showing the following error condition:

This line cannot be accounted until the accounting event that it references has been fully accounted.
Please ensure the accounting events for the transaction with the following identifiers for the application Receivables have been accounted: customer_trx_id: xxxxx. 

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility:  Receivables Manager
Navigation: Control > Request > Run
LOV: Create Accounting
Submit a Single Request, and pick Receipt Journal Report
Enter required parameters, then for Posting Status pick Unposted
Click OK to run the report
