Symptoms

From the Payments Workbench, creating new payment or updating existing payment, the following error is seen:

ERROR

Exception occured when performing document validations


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Payment Workbench
2. Enter/Adjust Invoice
3. Enter Invoice Number
4. Try to Save
5. Error raised

OR

1. Payments Workbench
2. Try to make new payment
