TeleService Error: 'No Timezone was found for ID xxx' When Entering Contact On SR (Doc ID 1578156.1)

Symptoms

Wrong timezone id (536) is getting assigned for Hawaii (US)

Problem Description

Error message 'No Timezone was found for ID xxx' when entering the contact on a SR.
Contact does having Phone number as contact point and Timezone is selected as 'Hawaii'.

 

Checking from the back end, Wrong timezone id is getting assigned for Hawaii (US).

Issue can be replicated by simply choosing Hawaii Timezone for Contact Point.
