Assignee Name LOV Returns Error Although Resource Name Is In The LOV

Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Service Request Form
In the Service Request tasks tab, when entering an assignee name manually (the name is in the LOV) the following error occurs:

FRM-40212: Invalid value for field ASSIGNEE_NAME
This happens when the resource name was change to a different name in Resource Manager and profile option "Service: Filter Task Assignee LOV by the Task Owner Group" is set to Yes.
