Symptoms

When searching on a customer in Oracle Credit Management, the following error occurs and the customer cannot be queried.  The issue occurs on customers that have a large number of sites.

The criteria you entered provide too many matching results. Enter additional criteria or modify the match rule to get fewer, appropriate results

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Credit Management Superuser
Navigation: Search on a customer with a large number of sites.
