Objective Line Score Formula Calculates Wrong Line Scores

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP6 version, Appraisals

While computing the line Score for Objective system calculate the line score wrongly.

1. Objective Weight age = 20
2. Performance Scale = 5

Line Score = Performance * Weightage ( 20* 5 =100)

The system calculates the Score as 80 which is wrong.

Line Score = Performance * Weightage ( 20* 5 =100)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Performance Management
2.Performance Management Task List
3.Open the Appraisal Update Appraisal
4.Objective : XXXX Main Appraiser Performance Rating 5
   weighting scale : 20

5. Give Final Ratings - The Objective Score = 80 (this should = 100)

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the correct Score for the Objectives.
