Large Payment Batches Fail with lp: Request Entity Too Large

Symptoms
When submitting a Payment concurrent program, which exceeds an unknown size, the following request log file error message occurs.
Payment batches have been successfully processed and printed when the number of documents is around 120, however, file with 590 checks fails.

Cause: AFPPRN received a return code of failure from the OSD routine FDUPRN. Program exited with status 1.
