Large Payment Batches Fail with lp: Request Entity Too Large (Doc ID 1578419.1)

When submitting a Payment concurrent program, which exceeds an unknown size, the following request log file error message occurs.
Payment batches have been successfully processed and printed when the number of documents is around 120, however, file with 590 checks fails.

"lp: Request Entity Too Large
Pasta: Error: Print failed. Command=lp -c -dasc_hplj9050n /app/<HOST>/inst/apps/<SID>_<HOST>/appltmp/pasta15633_0.tmp
Pasta: Error: Check printCommand/ntPrintCommand in pasta.cfg
Pasta: Error: Preprocess or Print command failed!!!

APP-FND-00500: AFPPRN received a return code of failure from routine FDUPRN. Program exited with status 1
Cause: AFPPRN received a return code of failure from the OSD routine FDUPRN. Program exited with status 1.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run and print a Payment batch with 590 checks
