On : 12.1.3 version, HTML User Interface
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Tax Handling field is not displayed in the Quoting HTML UI in the Pricing tab and 'Disable Self-Service Personal' (FND_DISABLE_OA_CUSTOMIZATIONS) has been set to Yes.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to see the Tax Handling field and be able to choose a value from the LOV.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Quoting HTML UI
2. Open or create a quote
3. Choose the Pricing tab
4. The Taxes section at the bottom of the page and no Tax Handling field is displayed
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot choose a tax handling method such as Exempt, Standard, Override Exemptions, or Require.
