Symptoms
On Oracle Applications 12.1.3,
when attempting to log into applications, the following error occurs:
Unable to generate forwarding URL. Exception: oracle.apps.fnd.common.AppsException: java.lang.NullPointerException: null Connection
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch the EBS login URL http://host.domain/OA_HTML/AppsLogin
The issue has the following business impact:
Users are unable to login
