Deactivating Of An Asset With Cancelled Work Request (Doc ID 1578754.1)

On : 12.1.2 version, Asset Definition

When attempting to deactivate an asset that is linked to cancelled work request, the following error occurs.
If the asset is associated with Complete request request and work order, the asset can be deactivated.
If the asset is associated with Rejected work request, the asset can be deactivated.
So, the issue ONLY happens when there are cancelled work requests. i.e., user cannot deactivate assets that are linked to cancelled work requests.

You cannot deactivate an asset for which there are open work requests or service requests or work orders.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Enterprise Asset Management
2. Navigation: Assets -> Asset Number
3. Query asset number to be deactivated
4. Under Tool menu, select Deactivate option
