Symptoms

While setting up the Single Source of Truth for the Organization Name and Customer Name to display correctly in the Order Management Order Entry form and in Customers screen.

The USER_ENTERED value is appearing as the Organization Name on the customer form.   From the Order Management Sales Orders form, the Dun and Bradstreet (DnB) name is shown.

When querying for a Party/Customer having DnB data purchased and Single Source of Truth (SST) set up for the Customers screen, the Party Name automatically shows the DnB data.
But, when clicking on the party name, it shows the USER_ENTERED value for Organization Name.  The user_entered value is the correct.

You would like to see USER_ENTERED data displayed for both Party Name and Organization Name.

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility:  Receivables
Navigation:  Customers > Customers
Query for Registry ID 1274
The search results returns with 'H. H. Barnum Co.' for Party Name
Click on the Party Name
In the Customer Information page, the Organization Name displayed is: 'HH BARNUM COMPANY,' which is the USER_ENTERED data as per the SST setup.

The issue only occurs for User Defined responsibilities. There is no issue when using the seeded responsibilities such as Trading Community Manager or Oracle Customers Online Superuser.
