Contact not defaulted when quote is created from Ebusiness Center form (Doc ID 1579136.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, FORMS User Interface

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When creating a Quote from within the eBusiness Center (Form ASTRCALL), the contact person is not defaulted (field SOLD_TO_CONTACT_NAME).
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The expectation is that it is defaulted. Current workaround is to choose the contact person manually.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. - Open eBusiness-Center (Form ASTRCALL)
2. - Search for any Contact Person.
3. - Go to Tab “Quote”
4. - And click to „New Quote“. Result: The “Quote”-Form opens and the field “Contact” is empty (not defaulted)
