Symptoms


A) Periodic Mass Copy Errors with ORA-01403 on asset retirements.

ORA-01403: no data found
Error: function FA_GAINLOSS_UPD_PKG.farboe returned failure
Error: function FA_GAINLOSS_UPD_PKG.fagpdp returned failure
User-Defined Exception
Error: function FA_GAINLOSS_UPD_PKG.fagpdp returned failure
FAGPDP: Fail to insert Depreciation adjustments for asset 10761774

Cause:        You have a database problem.

Action:        Contact your system administrator.

FAGRET: Fail to retire asset 10761774

Cause:        You have a database problem.

Action:        Contact your system administrator.

Error: function FA_GAINLOSS_PKG.do_calc_gainloss_asset returned failure
Error: function FA_RETIREMENT_PUB.calculate_gain_loss returned failure
Error: function FA_RETIREMENT_PUB.do_retirement returned failure
Mass Copy failed on this asset and transaction. Please review log file for more information.
Error: function fa_masscp_pkg.mcp_retirement returned failure
Error: function fa_masscp_pkg.do_mass_copy returned failure
