SR is being created from an Email, but reply email is not sent and email is not resolved.
SR to be created from an Email, reply email to be sent, and email to be resolved.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Send in email to auto-create an SR
- SR is created
- Email response is not received
- Email is not resolved
