Added Usage Type 'Trigger' to some imputed income elements. This change caused the Supplemental pay run process to exclude all other supplemental elements that did not have triggers.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Element Type Usage (ETU) trigger for Supplemental Standard Run was added to a particular element. This caused this particular element to start being picked up/included when the payroll was run for those employees with this element associated to them. This is the first time that the ETU was used in US payroll; however, using ETUs on some elements in Canadian payroll has been successful for some time.
2. Supplemental pay runs were processed that included elements that did not have any ETUs defined on them and it was found that these processes weren't processing the supplemental pay run for any employees EXCEPT those that also had the element that had ETU trigger. Those that had the supplemental element without the trigger on them weren't erring; however, they weren't processing this supplemental element either.
3. When the ETU trigger was removed from the element and re-processed, the supplemental pay run (i.e., no US elements had any ETU triggers designated on them), the element was finally able to successfully run for the entire population that it needed to run for.
