On Oracle Applications 184.108.40.206 version,
when attempting to view a workflow Notification, the following error occurs:
You cannot complete this task because one of the following events caused a loss of page data:
- Your login session has expired
- A system failure has occurred
To proceed, please select the Home link at the top of the application page to return to the main menu. Then access this page using the application navigation controls (menu, links, and so on) instead of using the Browser's navigation controls like Back and Forward.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign on to apps and select responsibility
2. Navigate to Worklist
3. Select a Notification
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot approve Journals.
