Symptoms

On Oracle Applications 12.0.6 version,
the 'Send Separate Remittance Advices report, completes with following error:

oracle.apps.xdo.delivery.MissingRequiredPropertyException: Required property missing. Property name :[HOST]
at oracle.apps.xdo.delivery.AbstractDeliveryRequest.validateProperties(AbstractDeliveryRequest.java:1367)
at oracle.apps.xdo.delivery.AbstractDeliveryRequest.submit(AbstractDeliveryRequest.java:1174)
at oracle.apps.iby.scheduler.SRAAndPayerNotif.doElectronicProcessing(SRAAndPayerNotif.java:860)
at oracle.apps.iby.scheduler.SRAAndPayerNotif.runSRA(SRAAndPayerNotif.java:393)
at oracle.apps.iby.scheduler.SRAAndPayerNotif.runProgram(SRAAndPayerNotif.java:197)
at oracle.apps.iby.scheduler.FDSeparateRemittanceAdvice.runProgram(FDSeparateRemittanceAdvice.java:48)
at oracle.apps.fnd.cp.request.Run.main(Run.java:157)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into E-Business Suite.
2. Submit 'Send Separate Remittance Advices report.
3. The request log shows above error.
