Symptoms
Using Purchasing module, when entering the purchase order form, querying an existing Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), the price is not allowing any type of update.
Item Name X --> For this item, user's not able to update the price on approved blanket PO.
Item Name Y --> For this item, price has been updated successfully on approved blanket PO.
It is possible to update the same item, on other blanket purchase orders.
Steps to reproduce
1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the Purchasing Module.
2. Attempt to update the price on a particular item present on the PBA.
3. Price can not be updated.
