Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Service Request Form

When attempting to compose an email to the customers using the Tools >> Compose Email for Customers option
the following error occurs.

Error

FRM-40700: No such trigger: SPECIAL15.


Steps to Replicate

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the Service request form.
2. Create an SR for a customer.
3. Go to Tools >> Compose Email for Customers
