New Items Created In Inventory Cannot Be Seen In Brazilian Language (Doc ID 1580394.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When searching for an item in a different language, the item does not appear in the search results.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When searching for an item in a different language, the item appears in the search results.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Master Items using the language preference that is missing the item in iProcurement.
- If the item is missing in US English language, log in with language preference as US.
- If the item is missing in PTB (Portuguese Brazil) language, log in with the language preference as PTB.
2. Query the item.
3. Select the Globe icon.
4. Specify the translation text for the item in the language which has the item missing in iProcurement.
5. Save the changes.
6. Run the Extract Classifications and Extract Items processes.
