R12: AP: APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 600 in FDFGDF when executing the concurrent Unaccounted Transactions Report (XML). (Doc ID 1580741.1)

The following problem is seen after these steps:

1. Connect to any responsability of oracle payables
2. Execute a new concurrent  and run program : Unaccounted Transactions Report (XML)

This produces the error:
APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 600 in FDFGDF
Cause: FDFGDF failed due to ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [qctcte1], [0], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [].

The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: SELECT LEDGER_ID FROM FND_MO_REPORTING_ENTITIES_V WHERE ENTITY_ID = :a1 AND REPORTING_LEVEL = :a2 AND ROWNUM = 1 and was executed from the file &ERRFILE.

APP-FND-00730: This flexfield has an invalid value set. It may use a special value set that uses an Edit event user exit,
and the user exit has failed. If you are using a form on a graphical user interface (GUI) you may have an invalid value set
of a different type, possibly a table-validated value set where the table or view does not exist or where there is an invalid WHERE clause.
