Purpose
The Release Value Propositions (RVPs) focus on the business value of new features and enhancements introduced between Oracle E-Business Suite Release 11i and Oracle E-Business Suite Releases 12.0 and 12.1. They are no longer maintained, and thus have limited relevance.
The RVPs have been superseded by the Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1 and 12.2 Release Content Documents (Document 1302189.1), which describe the new features and enhancements delivered in the Oracle E-Business Suite Releases 12.1 and 12.2 major and minor releases, including Release Update Packs (RUPs) and off-cycle patches.
