How to find the receipt number(s) that are deleted and who deleted it?

Sometimes there are some document numbers being skipped.

For example:

1. From Audit Report:

11410470 Not Entered
11410471 27-JAN-13 Deleted
11410472 Not Entered
11410473 27-JAN-13 Deleted
11410474 Not Entered
11410475 27-JAN-13 Deleted

2. select * from AR_DOC_SEQUENCE_AUDIT
order by DOC_SEQUENCE_VALUE

11410470, 11410472, 11410474 were missing.
11410471, 11410173, 11410475 is there.
